What is UX Design Strategy

UX strategy is a shared user experience vision and framework for a particular project. It includes detailed plans and objectives on how to achieve this vision.

The strategy needs to be in alignment with the organizational goals and ladders up to Business goals.

What are the goals, objectives and guiding principles?

User Research
Whom are our users , what are their needs and what are the key insights?

What business objective(s) does this align with?

Success Metrics
What does success look like, and will we measure it?

Executional Plan
When and how: A breakdown of timelines and activities to meet vision and goals


Whom is the key audience?
The main audience is the design team. team, Design & Research leadership, Product leaders, Engineering partners, and other key decision makers/influencers for the Project.
